A baby is born with a clean slate. To use the language of young generation, the harddisk of baby's brain is completely empty.  Then different softwares get installed on that little brain. At the end of two years, baby's brain reaches 75% of the final growth. So at this stage brain is the fastest growing organ. But the baby knows no language, how does it learn? In what format does knowledge gets notified? It is experience based knowledge.  The first thing which helps a baby is its natural animal instinct. After the pipeline from umbilicus has been cut off, the baby starts crying. This clears its breathing passages and its lungs start functioning. Someone shoves something in its mouth, baby suckles. This helps to satisfy hunger. Body's drainage was through the umbilical pipeline, that too needs to be taken care of.  Meanwhile baby gets introduced to its caregivers, its parents, people who look after its wellbeing.
